Main Task: Audience Research

Audience research is used to get an idea of what my audience would find as an ideal Hip-Hop magazine. I selected a few items which my magazine would consist of and a few options which give my audience a variety of options to choose from. I asked 10 people 8 different questions via 'Facebook' ranging from the ages 16-24 as they are my preffered target audience. The use of this social networking site would help me know what i should use to create my magazine as it gives information on what appeals to my audience

Question 1 From this data I can tell that alot of people are interested in my magazine would prefer theMasthead "The Industry" this is what I will use that for my magazine.

Question 2From this statistic, I can see that most people in my target audience would prefer my magazine touse a Sans Serif font, instead of a Serif font as it is more modern.

Question 3 From this research, I cant see that just over a majority of my target audience would prefer a boldfont style for the text in my magazine; I will apply this to my magazine.

Question 4From this research, i gathered that majority of my target audience listen to the genre of the music i am making for my magazine

Question 5 From this research, i found out that all my target audience would read my music magazine

From this data, i can see that majority of my target audience listen to music all the time and only 2 out of 10 listen to music sometimes

Question 7

From this data, all of my target audience would prefer my Masthead to be Bold as it would be more attractive and also eye catching.

Question 8 From this data, i can tell that all of these are key and very important in making my magazine a good one
